Three Enclaves
Three welcoming neighborhoods make their home at Ironbridge: the Aspen Collection, the Sopris Series and custom homesites set along the Roaring Fork River. Designed by the award-winning architect Michael L. Woodley, the residences in the Aspen Collection and Sopris Series have been built to today’s exacting construction standards and come with a 10-year structural warranty. Quality materials and finishes grace every residence. Great consideration for the natural environment can be seen in the addition of Energy Star appliances, double-paned energy-efficient windows, low-maintenance interior materials, low-maintenance exteriors and xeriscaping. Even the floor plans have been meticulously designed to maximize space and function the way most modern families want to live. The builders of Ironbridge knew this much: a maintenance-free home gives you more time to enjoy the activities you love most.
